Assigned Claims
The
Assigned Claims report shows creditor information and the party to which
the claim has been assigned. A timer tracks the transfer waiting period, and changes
the transfer status to "final" after 20 days if no objections are filed. If an objection
is filed, the transfer status shows "on-hold" until the objection is resolved. As
with the other reports, you can filter the list of assigned claims using any of
the criteria available in the CMS report generator. The report was sorted by the
name of the assignee.
