Late Filed Claims
When reconciling large numbers of claims, it is important to be
able to spend as little time as possible identifying obvious objections. CMS provides
a number of reports that identify claims that will likely be objected to, including
late filed claims.
This sample report shows the claimant’s contact information, the claim number, the
date the claim was filed and the claimed amount. We can customize the title on this
report to your specifications. You can print the report and attach it as an exhibit.
