The task of correctly and efficiently classifying and tabulating solicitations requires experience, discipline, and state-of-the-art information processing capabilities. The OMNI Solicitation Team, assisted by CMS, provides the following expertise:

• Comprehensive voter classification reports for review and approval by parties before ballots are distributed to ensure each creditor receives the correct solicitation package.

• Assist with ballot design to ensure optimal tabulation accuracy and efficiency. All ballots are serialized for complete traceability back to the original claim.

• Coordinate the printing and distribution of ballots, notices and Disclosure Statement/Plan booklets to creditors as outlined in the voting procedures.

• Comprehensive balloting audit reports that show how each creditor's class and voting amount was determined, how the creditor voted and how the validity or invalidity of the vote was determined.

• Tabulation reports are customized to your (and the court's) requirements. We provide all necessary certifications.

• Balloting via the Internet available upon court approval.
