Welcome Creditors

On March 28, 2011 (the "Petition Date"), Harry & David Holdings, Inc. and three of its subsidiaries (the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court") seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The Debtors are represented by Jones Day and Richards Layton & Finger, P.A.. The Debtors continue to operate their businesses and manage their properties as debtors-in-possession.

On April 7, 2011, the United States Trustee appointed the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the "Committee") in the Debtors' bankruptcy case pursuant to Section 1102 of the Bankruptcy Code. The Committee consists of seven members: Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, Convergys Customer Management Group Inc., RR Donnelley, American List Counsel Inc., Simon Property Group, Inc., Marich Confectionery Assoc., and Wells Fargo, NA as Indenture Trustee for Senior Fixed Rate Notes. The Committee has selected the Lowenstein Sandler PC law firm as its counsel. Kenneth A. Rosen is the principal attorney responsible for this engagement. This website was created to assist the Committee in providing information to creditors, as well as to solicit and receive comments from such creditors.
